What are the steps involved in setting up a pool?

Step.1 – Site Visit
Paramount Pools offer five ranges of pools, in many different sizes. You have a lot of options! Our team will help you narrow down your preferences, for example – do you want:
- An above ground pool or in-ground pool.
- Round, oval, square or rectangular?
- Standard design or custom-built?
- DIY or full installation?
- Heated or non-heated?
- A deep end?
- Inbuilt steps?
- Freshwater, saltwater or mineral?
- Patterned or non-patterned liner?
Deciding which pool is right for you will depend on your preferences, but also your site and budget. We’ll visit your property and provide you options of what’s possible for your site
Step 2. Quote Presented
With a site visit from us, we assess, consult, measure, and quote the job.
We present you with options based on your:
Your quote will include a full measure and outline exactly what you will receive. You don’t have to worry about hidden costs with us! Having installed tens of thousands of pools, we account for everything right at the start.
Choose the option that best fits your needs, pay the deposit and accept the quote. After that, we’ll get to work behind the scenes bringing your pool dream to life. We will help you through the consent process.
Step 3. Pool Installed
Our team of installers will ensure your new pool site is prepared. Site preparation involves:
- Measuring out for the pool in preparation for the excavation
- Making sure ground levels and finish heights for the pool are correct for your landscaping
- Bringing machinery in to excavate and remove the fill from the site
- Carrying out any additional works over and above pool excavation, including ground preparation for landscaping

Step 4. Pool Handover
