Spa Electrics products have an actual failure rate of less than 0.5%. In the unlikely event of a fault, they provide a full infield service during the 12-month warranty period, taking care of any issues customers and trade partners may have.
Spa Electrics products are designed for easy serviceability, with replaceable parts readily available. Even the EMV lights can be easily unclipped from the housing while maintaining the water seal.
Lights from other suppliers may have to be completely removed and replaced when they fail. All of the components in Spa Electrics range have replacement parts should something go wrong, but with a failure rate of >0.5% it’s unlikely!
Spa Electrics lights are RGBW instead of just RGB like other options out there. This means that each cell in the Spa Electrics light contains a separate white LED which offers a pure white color instead of a blend.
